The Jesse and Betty De Vaney Scholarship

Jesse U. De Vaney retired after 37 years of service to Eastern Arizona College where he served as Instructor in the Business Administration Department and later in administrative positions such as Registrar and Dean of Admissions, Research and Development.  In these capacities, he sought opportunities for students to achieve their highest academic potential.  He encouraged academic excellence and scholarship for all students.
